The residence has no reception. Guests are asked to contact the residence directly after booking to be given the access code to the gate, a map of the residence and the name of their apartment. A contact telephone number is provided in case of any problems.

The full payment of the stay will be asked upon check-in. Please note, cash payments over EUR 1000 are not permitted under current Italian law.

Bed and bath linen are provided upon arrival and are included in the rate. Daily change is available on request, at an additional cost.
